History of friendship bracelets

Friendship bracelets are special bracelets. As a symbol of friendship these bracelets are given from one friend to another. The knot-craft and hand weaving used to create traditional patterns stems from Native American handcrafts, particularly from Central American tradition. According to indigenous tradition, the recipient of a friendship bracelet must wear it until the cords wear out and fall off naturally.

The idea is that the friend paid for it with the hard work and love that made it and the recipient repays the friend by honoring the work. Removing the bracelet before it naturally falls off is a sign that the friendship has gone sour. Another variation of this tradition is that the recipient of a bracelet is entitled to a wish. After the bracelet wears out and falls off naturally, the wish will come true.

Diamond's clarity is graded

Diamonds with Slightly Included and better grading are progressively more expensive. These include; internal graining, cleavage, bearding, cavities, crystals or minerals, knots, feathers and clouds. After that, we go to the various grades of included diamonds. There are two types of flaws: an inclusion and a blemish. A blemish is something that mars the surface and distracts from diamond clarity.

This includes chips, pits, nicks, scratches, naturals, grain boundaries, and polish lines. The Internally Flawless diamond cannot have any inclusion, but may have surface blemishes. The diamond is then graded on the basis of five considerations: color, nature, position, size, and number. The clarity of the diamond is one of the primary determinants of price when it comes to rings, earrings, and other jewelry. This article will focus on how a diamond's clarity is graded.

Silver was an almost scared metal

Silver was considered by the Ancients just like gold. Silver was an almost scared metal. It was also consequently, of extremely restricted use. Some mineral scum in old mines of the Near-East and in some islands of the Aegean sea seem to reveal that by 5000 b.c. A method was already known to separate silver from lead. Its malleability and ductility make it ideal for ornamental purposes.

After oxidation of this mixture, it was possible to obtain the precious metals. It was also used for paying debts, in personal and religious places decoration and in utensils of the wealthiest houses. The gold and the silver were extracted from its ores and bonded to lead. Whether you are looking for a set to coordinate with your favorite outfit or a gift for someone special, keep your shopping simple and save when you purchase these designs as a set.
